- *Vocational trainings/ guidance workshops and Vocational Visits:* Education is the post powerful tool that can be used to change the world for better. Conducted need based vocational, soft skills and yoga sessions for ICICI Training Academy, Pune Blind Men's Training Institute, PCMC Incubation Centre throughout the year - about 15 trainings. - 3 vocational tours conducted - B G Chitale Dairy, Bhilawadi Skin Bank, Sangli Metleo Foundry, Palus - An unique *interdistrict Club meeting* held at Sangli, with Rotary Club of Sangli, the first of its kind in the history of our Club. - *Excellence Awards:* Appreciation is always a wonderful feeling. * VERA and SERA award function* done with much pomp and gaiety, at Boat Club, Pune. This was a perfect example of immaculate planning and perfect execution. Awardees were Dr. Aditya Kelkar- noted Eye Surgeon, Dr. Charudatta Jadhav- Head Accessibility Centre TCS and Rtn. Vinod Jadhav- Chairman Sava Group. 35 Drs. and 10 CAs felicitated for their service to Society. 60 Covid warriors - medical shopkeepers, newspaper agents and bank employees were felicitated with certificates, sweets and masks for their selfless service during Covid time, jointly by RCP Heritage and Akhil Mandai Mandal. - *Four way test-* Recited at the start of every Club Meeting and Assembly. - *Vocational Atmanirbhar workshop* (15 days) on making and selling LED lamps, torches, PCB making, solar appliances to *40 blind and physically disabled persons to earn their livelihood*, jointly with Equitas Development Trust. This was an impact making project to empower the blind and handicapped people and make them self reliant.
